My writing draws on the amazing and sometimes intense adventures I’ve had while living for 42 years in Asia and Eastern Europe in seven diverse countries: Thailand, Vietnam, Romania, India, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, and finally in North Korea, where my husband worked with UNICEF.  I now live in Sidney, BC, Canada, with my husband, and make frequent visits to the USA and also Thailand, where I lived for seventeen years.
